This website exists so families can reach us. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you send and who can see it.

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, phone, city, email if you give it, the service you are asking about, who the care is for, the schedule and start date you have in mind, and whatever you write in the message box.
If you write to us on WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you send in that chat.
That is all. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or any tool that follows you around the internet. We do not build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to prepare for the free in-home assessment if you want one. Nothing else.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with other agencies or with marketing companies.
Who else can see it
The contact form is delivered by a service called FormSubmit, which passes your message to our email inbox. Your message travels through their system on the way to us.
Our email inbox is a Google account, so the message sits there like any other email.
If you use the WhatsApp button, your message goes through WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta.
The contact page shows a Google Maps view of our office. Loading that map means Google can see that your browser opened this page, the same as on any site with an embedded map.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our inbox and in our WhatsApp history. If you become a client, your care records are kept separately, in our office, under the rules that apply to home care agencies in Arkansas.
You can ask us at any time to delete a message you sent. Call or email and we will do it.
What you can ask us for
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form for this — just call or write, and we will handle it.

The information on this website describes the services we offer. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for talking to a doctor or nurse about a specific situation. If someone is in danger right now, call 911.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
